Siri hacked to work on iPhone 4 and iPod Touch [Video]

Since the release of iPhone 4S, people have been talking mostly about Siri. It is also the only feature perusing iPhone 4 users to upgrade. Now, a developer has managed to hack Siri and ported it fully-functional to iPhone 4 as well as iPod Touch.

This is not the first time that Siri has been ported to iPhone 4. But since it is server based application, Apple’s servers responded to queries coming from iPhone 4S only. Hence previous hacks depended on Google or TellMe to do the job. This time though, the developers have managed to get Apple’s servers talking to devices other than iPhone 4S.

Unfortunately, the developers who build this hack are not releasing it to the public and would rather resort to proving that functional Siri could be ported to other Apple devices. Well, lots of other developers are definitely reading about this hack and it isn’t long when someone else comes up with similar port and is ready to release it to public too.
