Pocket (formerly Read It Later) was founded in 2007 by Nate Weiner (picture below) to help people who discover an interesting article, video or web page, but don’t have time to view it. Once saved to Pocket, the list of content is visible on any device – phone, tablet or computer. It can be viewed while waiting in line, on the couch or during commutes or travel – even offline.

It has beautiful UI which comes with three beautiful themes, dark, white and creamish. Initially after downloading and application, one have to login with their credentials, if one doesn’t have registered, one can do it by application itself. So after login you will get a welcome screen and will teach you how to Pocket and read it later. Its very ease of function. Even a child can do it.
After you have login, you will get blank Page because if you haven’t pocket any! Now to Pocket, from any website, just share a Page to Pocket! That’s it! How easy it is right? And you are on PC or laptops or tabs, you can download the pluggin for chrome or Firefox browsers for it. Just select text or content and right click it and save to Pocket! That easy it is! Now if you want to read any time on your cell phone, just open Pocket and you will find those all articles or texts or any contents that you have Pocket earlier.
You can Pocket even images and videos too.
Another thing in Pocket application is you can favourite it and archive it and even tag any articles! Wow! Isn’t seems great? How easy it makes our work?
You can have bookmark button or Chrome extension to Pocket it from the website directly. And to Pocket it from mobile phones you have share menu from any application you are using!
From setting menu, you have dark theme, and too black theme in it. After that you have open best view, which enforces an application to download any contents in easy view so that you don’t have to open a browser for it to read.
You can even set it to wifi synchronization only or even truly online! As per your data plan you may go with. You have choice to store a cache on SD card if you have less memory. You can clear all downloaded files just by one click.
