Looks like Samsung is starting a new trend of creating second-string versions of its flagship devices. Bits of a miniature model of yet to be launched Galaxy S IV have surfaced in a report by Sammobile. To be named Galaxy S IV mini, in line with previous launch of Galaxy S III mini, the phone’s accessories have been named under Samsung’s Project J. Project J, also known as Altius, is the internal name for Samsung’s Galaxy S IV and according to Sammobile’s report has devices including the S IV mini (also codenamed Serrano). Read more
Samsung is now offering their Galaxy mobile phone users a free app so they can sync their devices with iTunes. The Easy Phone Sync app will be offered to anyone who buys a Galaxy handset so that they can transfer data from their iPhone or iPad very easily using iTunes.
After its first appearance at the MWC 2012, Samsung has been keeping the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 under its hat. Rumors followed that Samsung is keeping the device for a quad-core processor upgrade. Sammy passed up the opportunity to launch the Galaxy S III at MWC 2012. Although it surprised a few, internal sources reported that the Samsung wants to launch the device in an all exclusive Galaxy S III event. Also, Samsung is reported to be working on launching its flagship device at 50 locations across the world simultaneously and needs to bridge the gap between announcement and launch of the phone.
